Peninsula Property Management provide a comprehensive range of services to ensure that your property is presented in its cleanest and best possible condition.

Following the COVID-19 pandemic and its ongoing threat to our health, here at PPM we have been carrying out various training to ensure we have the correct knowledge and accreditation to deal with the situation. PPM now provides a specifically focused service aimed at cleaners, owners and visitor safety across the Llŷn Peninsula, Gwynedd.

Keyholder Property Management

We provide key holding and back up services 365 days a year. Whether you require our complete changeover and cleaning services or if you are just looking for a reputable local Company to keep an eye on your property and be available when required, our keyholder service is efficient, dependable and cost effective.

From fixing door locks to painting decorating our property maintenance team are on hand.

Property Maintenance & Refurbishments

You will want your property to be presented in the best possible condition and that any maintenance requirements are seen to promptly. That’s where our maintenance team come in. We work with local and only accredited contractors to ensure to see to any issues from minor works such as fixing broken door locks to full home renovations.

First Class Changeover Cleaning

We provide a top class cleaning and changeover service delivered to a very high standard, paying attention to every detail and going that extra mile to ensure your guests have a wonderful holiday. Each property has their individual checklist and dedicated team member ensuring that nothing is missed even down to the light bulbs.

Linen and Laundry

If you provide linen and bedding for your guests and maybe towels too it’s important they are laundered perfectly, smell lovely and fresh and attention is paid making sure the beds look inviting and the bedding matches the environment. Our sister company Y Golchdy has invested in state of the art commercial equipment at a dedicated laundry facility near to our headquarters.
